Sales & Customer Experience Intern

Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-based (20% per sale) + Airtime Support

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms
  • Follow up on leads generated from Facebook Ads, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Support sales conversion by sharing service information and preparing proposals
  • Record client feedback and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements:

  • Aged between 20–30 years
  • TVET Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Availability to start immediately
